Meet the Founder
As the CEO and Founder of Aesthetic Compliance Experts (ACE), I built this company in with one goal in mind—to help med spa owners and providers feel confident in their compliance. With years of experience in the aesthetic and regulatory space, I understand the challenges medical spa owners face when trying to stay compliant while running a successful business.

I started my Consulting and Compliance Entrepreneur journey in 2021. Along the way I’ve worked with startups, established med spas, and growing aesthetic practices to ensure they meet state regulations, properly structure their businesses, and implement clear policies and procedures to protect their operations. But beyond my passion for helping businesses thrive, my greatest joy comes from my husband and our kids. They are my biggest supporters, my daily inspiration, and the reason I understand firsthand the importance of building a business that allows for both success and balance. I know what it’s like to juggle entrepreneurship and family life, and that’s why I’m so passionate about helping others build compliant, sustainable businesses that support their goals—both professionally and personally.
